Hotel registration

In addition to the conference registration, each participant must directly book and pay the hotel. For the conference participants, the negociated full board price is 90€/day/person in double rooms and 100€/day/person in single rooms. For the duration of the conference from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon, this is thus 450€/person for a double or 500€/person for a single.

Note that these registration prices and availability are guaranteed up to February 28th 2019, the payment is thus expected before this date. There will be no possibility of modification or cancellation after this date. You may still be able to register after this date, but we can no longer guarantee the avaliability nor the price.

Hotel registrations sould be done by email commercial.lesvallees@labellemontagne.com (of course french language is welcome) with subject ``JGA2019'', indicating your arrival and departure time/date and your double/single room choice. Payments will be by credit card or bank transfert on this account (then indicate JGA2019 and your name).

Financial support : Limited amount of travel support for students is available. In order to apply, send an email (jga2019@sciencesconf.org) with subject 'JGA 2019 Travel Support' with:

• A curriculum vitae
• A brief statement describing your research interests
• The estimated cost of travel expenses (train, ...)
